Random Acts is always looking for new and exciting partnerships with fellow non-profit organizations to help us in serving our community better. Mission

At Random Acts, it’s our mission to conquer the world one random act of kindness at a time. We are here to inspire acts of kindness around the world both big and small. We provide a vast network of caring people with the encouragement and support they need to change lives for the better.

Partnership Priorities

Random Acts seeks partnerships with other organizations that exemplify the above mission. Priority is given to organizations that demonstrate a broad community impact in their given region(s). Additionally, Random Acts gives preference to organizations that can show a history of fiscal responsibility and transparency. While we welcome new and emerging organizations to apply, please be sure to explain fully your financial information if you do not have the appropriate documentation requested. We can provide more flexibility with a non-monetary partnership than with a request for funds.

Review Process

Applications are reviewed on a case by case basis. In some cases, a Random Acts staff member may contact you to either verify information or to ask some follow up questions, but mostly, applications are reviewed on their own merits so please be sure that you include as much information as possible. Proposals that are under-prepared will likely be rejected, as we need to be sure projects are fully formed and feasible. Application review typically takes up to 14 days, but please be patient. You will receive an email indicating we have received your application within 3 business days of receipt. If you do not hear from us in that time, please let us know as we may not have received your application.

Instructions

Please complete the partnership application as fully as possible. The more detailed you can be about your proposed project, the better. Please note that Random Acts does not fund general operating budgets, staff salaries, or travel expenses. Administrative costs such as printing or mailings may comprise no more than 1% of your funded budget. Our goal is to see that the majority of our money goes directly to those in need.

  • 501(c)3 Determination Letter or Equivalent
  • Annual Report for most recent fiscal year (if available)
  • Organization Budget for current fiscal year
  • Project Budget including funding from Random Acts
