Lisa Cerezo

Communications Manager

Lisa has been with Random Acts since July of 2018. She started as a Regional Representative for the US Great Lakes area, and also served as a Staff Writer before moving to internal communications. She was motivated to join the Random Acts team after experiencing their kindness firsthand as a supporter. In the tradition of helping the helpers, Lisa prefers to work behind the scenes supporting various other departments in their work. Lisa and her husband Jason own and operate a web design and graphic design firm. They have three sons together, just like the old TV show, laugh track and all.

If Lisa could have any superpower, it would be teleportation, so she could hang out with her fellow staff members in person, and visit family and friends whenever she wanted.

Bea Arbeiter

Assistant Manager – Internal Communications

Bea started working for Random Acts in August 2018, because she loved spreading kindness and wanted to be part of a community that shared her values.

Besides acting as the internal communications assistant manager for Random Acts, Bea is currently studying to become a teacher and simultaneously coaches a children’s cheerleading team. Spreading kindness and positivity is a key tenet in Bea’s life, which makes her work at Random Acts something she thoroughly enjoys.

If Bea could have any superpower, it would be seeing into the future to prevent tragedies and help cure diseases.

“Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end.” – Scott Adams
