The Projects team acts as project management support for the goals and initiatives of Random Acts. This is done through project coordination for internal projects as well as well as implementation of the long-term strategic initiatives of the organization.
Miranda joined Random Acts in March 2019 as a Budgets Analyst. Since then she has moved into the Strategic Initiatives department, where she enjoys putting her organizational skills to good use. She considers the best part of working in Strategic Initiatives to be interacting with so many people at Random Acts because they are all so wonderful. When she is not busy helping make kindness happen, Miranda works as a project manager in the charitable sector and volunteers as a mental health crisis support worker in her spare time. Miranda also enjoys making theatre productions happen — she has been a producer since she was 19 and normally has two or three productions per year.
If Miranda could have any superpower, it would be the ability to step into books for real instead of just imagining, because then anything would be possible.
