Clean-Up Event Preußenpark Berlin

Summer, sun and warm temperatures attract many natives and visitors of Berlin to the city’s parks and waterways to relax – if it weren’t for all the rubbish. Show kindness to the environment and make sure that your next day in the green is litter-free by joining our next big cleanup event.
Together with ALLES IM FLUSS and Random Acts, we want to swing our trash tongs with you! On July 16 from 2 to 5 p.m., we will clean the Preußenpark, eliminating every last bit of rubbish. Above all, we want to collect plastic and small waste such as cigarette butts, crown caps and the like, which would otherwise end up polluting water bodies. We will also get rid of picnic and barbecue leftovers, which can be easily avoided through reusable containers, as well as the traces of the Sunday market.
The meeting point for the event is our AIF-Infomobile, which will be stationed at middle way near to the entrance Pommersche Straße to the Preußenpark, 10707 Berlin. There, you can get information about topics like water pollution and plastic and waste avoidance in everyday life, and you can arm yourself with cleanup gear, such as gloves, tongs, buckets and trash bags. Then, nothing will be able to stop you!
