A school is a student’s second home, and this could not be more true for Kopila Valley School. Opened in 2019 under the nonprofit foundation BlinkNow, it is a sustainably-constructed sanctuary for youth in western Nepal.
“No one should have to worry about where their next meal would come from,” says Random Acts India Regional Representative Cherry Sharma. It is this belief that spurred Cherry into performing an act inspired by RA’s food equity program in her neighborhood in Indirapuram.
Land for Women started with a new program to provide the current women’s cooperatives in Rwanda with knowledge about agriculture and farming.
